Tribe: a social group of humans connected by a shared system of values & purpose and organised for mutual care, defence, and survival beyond that which could be attained by a lone individual or family. Tribes are the most enduring and successful social survival system that has ever existed on earth. We believe that lasting and substantive change can be best effected by a tribe: a group of people connected to each other, to a leader, to an idea and a true sense of purpose (beyond profit).
Fish: attracting the right-fit people, investors, partners & customers to your tribe is like fishing. Every type of fish is unique. When you go fishing, you need to know exactly what type of fish you are looking to catch. This will dictate where they swim, what they eat and what tackle you need to use to catch them. The right fish (usually those who don't wish to be caught) will more likely bite if you use the right bait, delivered through the right communications channel for them.
