Note: We don't like receiving emails with traditional CV's, addressed to 'Dear Sir or Madam'. If you're really keen to work with us, and have something compelling to offer, surprise us! And please dont mention the word vacancy (we're not looking to purchase widgets)
When you contact us regarding a relevant opportunity area (listed in the 'opportunities available' page), we'll decide how well you are likely to fit with us and our clients. (We'll expect you to research us and our clients and tell us why you should be considered).
If we like what we see, you'll go into our special people folder and will be the first to be contacted.
Following that invite you for an interview(s). Background checks and assessments are a standard activity in our recruiting process - these typically being done after you've successfully progressed through our interviewing process.
Finally, before we provide an offer of employment, we like you to meet with your future colleagues of the Tribalfish team (normally done over a glass of good wine) to doubly check cultural fit!
