Articulation is discovering and distilling the essence of what makes your business and brand special. This is a comprehensive pan-organisational consulting and creative process, which we facilitate together with your project team. Initially gathering together all of the inputs (in depth research, interviews, current brand, values, culture, corporate strategy, leadership, people, people initiatives, customers competitors, your expectations of your audiences, target audience insights + more) to distil into the essence of what your brand will be.

From here, we develop creative concepts (the big idea), from which the brand rationale and brand print (and associated CI where necessary) will be developed. Upon reaching agreement on the conceptual rationale and print, we develop a set of brand guidelines, designed to aid the entire organization in the future interpretation and deployment of the brand. (after all it's not marketing who owns the brand anymore - it's everyone who touches it)
