We approach branding with a single-minded philosophy based on engagement and change.
Engagement doesn’t begin once the brand is articulated. It begins the moment we walk in the door to Analyse. Everything we do from day one of the Analysis through Articulation, Activation and ongoing Actualisation is geared toward engaging the wider business population, clients and stakeholders with your purpose.
And we know that the majority of the population on our global planet are fearful of change. The challenge with branding (be it new positioning or re-positioning) is that it is all about change.
The most successful organisational initiatives undertaken are those that have a fundamental change philosophy built in. This is why sound change management principles are the foundation to all of our project methodologies.
